Pack now at 25.6lb. Took out some stuff and put some new stuff in. Then put back in some of the stuff I took out. And still a few things to add. Looks like it will be under 30lbs but not by much. Don't think I can get it back to 25. Tarp, chair and some electronics would be the first to go....think I want all of them. If I decide to stop for a day or two at a cool place the tarp and chair will come in handy. The electronics - camera, iPad, Garmin, phone, etc and all the charging cables - seem to be a good idea to have along. So....more than 25 but less than 30. I'm compromising already!!
Busy day tomorrow working the MEC Century. Then I'm off on my 25 X Century. Everytime I look at the route it gets longer. Maybe everyone is right.....this is CRAZY!!
